Find out how to manage orders and transfers for single, bulky, and/or multiple orders when using the Direct Ship selling model. Read on to learn more.
Our Direct Ship selling model allows you to ship products to your customers speedily and efficiently.
Simply pack and label your items, then hand them over to noon's delivery team. Direct ship allows you to fulfil different types of orders under the same selling model.

Mark these off your checklist before you begin!
Single item orders
sort / non-sort
- On the app homepage, click order view then single item order to access sort and non-sort orders.
- Select the item you want to fulfil.
- Click on the checkbox next to the item, then tap seal box.
- Stick the Air waybill (AWB) QR code onto the package, then tap scan box AWB number to scan the QR code.
- Once done, click complete job.
Multiple item orders
sort / non-sort
- On the app homepage, click order view then multiple item order to access sort and non-sort orders.
- Select the item you want to fulfil
- Add all of the items into the box, then tap seal box.
- Stick the Air waybill (AWB) QR code onto the package, then tap scan box AWB number to scan the QR code.
- Start processing your next order.
- Once done, click complete job.
Bulky item orders
- On the app homepage, click on the bulky product you want to process.
- Click create shipment.
- Apply the Air waybill (AWB) then tap scan AWB.
- The item will immediately be linked to that particular AWB containing customer's details.
