Generating the manifest
Once you have processed the orders, checked and packed your items, you will be ready to generate the manifest.
Important! You must only do this when the noon DA is in your warehouse or location.
Open the Direct Ship app and tap manifest. Here you can select giving and then scan the DA’s user profile QR code.
Tip: If you are using a drop off point, then you will need to scan the service point QR code. Enter the number of packages you will be handing over and click continue. A confirmation will appear. Here, you will need to press the + icon, then click show QR code. The noon DA will now scan the QR code, which will allow him to receive the packages and finish the handover process.

Editing the package count
If you need to edit the package count, you can do that easily. Just tap edit count and input the correct number of packages, then click update.
Important! A manifest can only be closed if the package number added matches the amount handed over and scanned by the noon DA.
