Sellers can control the visibility of their products when shoppers search for them on noon. PLA boosts products, resulting in more eyeballs on those products and more sales for sellers. The PLA tool is housed within noon's Seller Lab portal, making it accessible to all registered sellers on noon.
Sellers simply select a time slot and bid on how many days they want the ad to run on noon.
PLA enables sellers to bid on keywords related to their products or product categories. Winning bidders' ads are then displayed on the third, fourth, or fifth slots on noon.com (desktop and mobile web), as well as the second and third slots on the noon app.
Communications & Partner Engagement
Choosing the right keywords to describe your product is critical.
First things first: what is a keyword? Keywords are the words and phrases that people use to find what they're looking for in search engines. For example, if you wanted to buy a new jacket, you might type "mens leather jacket" into noon.com's search bar.
Even though that phrase contains more than one word, it is still considered a keyword.
The keywords you select to describe your products are critical to the success of your campaign. If the search is limited to your exact keywords, a phrase containing your keywords, or simply if the search contains any of your keywords, your chosen keywords will match the customers' search. Following are some examples of how keywords are targeted in customer searches:
The amount you bid is the amount you are willing to pay for a click.
You can choose the amount you are willing to bid per keyword. There is no limit to how much you can bid on a keyword.
Each bid equals the amount you are willing to pay for a customer click. So, if you bid 3 AED/SAR/EGP, this means you are willing to pay 3 ED/SAR/EGP per customer click.
When you set your daily budget, the number of clicks you can gain will be decided by this and your bid. For example:
You set your daily budget as 3,000 AED/SAR/EGP
You bid 3 ED/SAR/EGP on the keyword
After 1,000 customer clicks your daily budget will run out (it renews the following day until your campaign is expired).
You can be outbid at anytime which is why it is important to keep checking your campaign.
At any time, another seller could come in and outbid you on that specific keyword. Campaigns operate in real time so it is critical to monitor the health of your campaign and make changes as needed.
Sellers who create longer campaigns as opposed to shorter ones often benefit because they have more time to tweak and improve.
How can you tell if you've been outbid? Your product will be removed from the sponsored slot. To reclaim your slot, you'll need to revise your campaign and increase your bid.
Important! You will only be charged for the customer clicks received by your product while in the sponsored slot that you won.
