SELLER RATINGS ON

NOON.COM

Access your seller ratings in two ways; product display page or and seller profile.

The product display page (PDP). Your seller ratings and reviews are displayed on the right side of the page on noon.com, right under your store name. It details:

  • Who the seller is
  • Star rating bar
  • Percentage of positive customer reviews

Seller profile. Your seller rating & reviews are displayed on your seller profile on noon’s webpage where you can find more information on:

  • Who the seller is
  • Star rating bar
  • Customer reviews
  • Badges (if applicable)

How is my seller rating calculated?

  • When a customer receives your product, they will be able to rate it from 1 to 5 stars on your seller profile, based on how pleased they are with the order experience.
  • Your overall rating is calculated based on the average rating of all customers who rated you. This score will be updated on a daily basis.
  • Customers can also submit written feedback related to their shopping experience.

Important! You’ll need to accumulate at least 20 ratings before they start showing up on your profile to customers.
