SINGLE SKUs

Updating prices, stock levels, and barcodes for a single SKU.

Log in to your Seller Lab account, select ‘Catalog’ and click ‘Partner Catalog’. This will load a list of all the products that you sell on noon, whether they’re live or not.

To edit the price of your products, click on the pencil icon on the left side of your product. Update your prices, and the duration of your sale, and click on the check icon to save your updates.

Are you an FBP seller? You'll need to add your stock quantities under the ‘Stock info’ section. To do so, select the warehouse where your stock is stored, enter the new stock number, and your processing time.

To make more detailed updates to your SKUs, click on the Partner SKU ID of the product and add all the updates in the appropriate columns.

Tip! The shorter the processing time, the more customers you’ll attract and, in turn, boost sales.

Are you an FBN seller? You won't be able to update your stock quantities as you will have to transfer your stock to the noon warehouse to replenish it. Once we receive your stock at our warehouse, we will update it.

The next step is to enter the barcode information under the ‘Barcode info’ section. Once you’ve entered the barcode, click ‘Add Barcode’ to save.

Important! Your barcode number must be 16 characters long. This can include numbers and/or letters but no special characters or spaces. Make sure that your barcode is always identical to the one visible on your product packaging.

Don’t have a manufacturer barcode? You can generate one directly on Seller Lab, print it out, and paste it on your product packaging. Failure to do so can result in dismissal of your product when we receive it.

Once you're happy with your updates, click 'Save changes'. Now you're ready for the next step.

Updating prices, stock levels, and barcodes in bulk.

So, what do you do if you want to update multiple elements at once? Log in to your Seller Lab account, select ‘Catalog’ and click ‘Imports’. Next, click ‘New Imports’ and select your imports type.

How do I update prices in bulk?

To update prices for SKUs in bulk, select ‘Price’ as your ‘Imports Type’ and select ‘Price Update’ from the drop-down menu under ‘Imports Subtype’. Next, you will be asked to select the status of the SKUs for which you want to update the prices and marketplace. Click ‘Request Export’, and your price update file will be downloaded.

To begin, add your updates in the ‘price’, ‘sale_price’, ‘sale_start’, and ‘sale_end’ columns.

Tip! Make sure your prices are always within the noon price range and your price range.

Once you have entered price updates for the SKUs, save the file. Head back to the Seller Lab and click ‘Start Imports’, upload your file and click ‘Submit’. Your updates will reflect in the ‘Imports’ page.

Important! Make sure the status of each SKU is ‘success.’ If the status is ‘failed’, check for the reason your upload failed. Sometimes your file may be ‘partially failed.’ To correct this, simply download the file again, make the suggested change, and import.

How do I update stock levels in bulk?

To update your product stock levels in bulk, select ‘Stock’ as your ‘Imports Type’, and select ‘FBP stock update’ as your ‘Import subtype’. Next, select the warehouse where your inventory is stored and click ‘Request Export’ to download the stock update file.

Add your updated stock quantities under the ‘stock_gross’ column and processing time under the ‘processing_time’ column. Once you’ve entered the updates, save your file, go back to Seller Lab, click ‘Start Imports’, and submit your file.

Always check the status of your imports and correct anything that needs to be corrected in order for the import to be a success.

BULK SKUs

How do I import barcodes in bulk?

To update barcodes for your products in bulk, select ‘Barcode’ as your ‘Imports Type’, and ‘Partner Barcode Map’ as your ‘Imports Subtype’. Click ‘Download Template’ to begin updating.

In this template, enter your Partner ID under the ‘id_partner’ column, update your barcodes under the ‘partner_barcode’ column and then add your Partner SKU codes under the ‘partner_sku’ column.

Once done, save your file. Head back to Seller Lab and click ‘next’, upload your file, and you’re ready to submit.

Check the status of your imports and correct anything that needs to be corrected in order for the import to be a success.

And that's it! You now know how to easily update your stock, prices, and barcodes.
