Communications & Partner Engagement
Open the item and click the camera icon. Select the scan serial button and capture the serial number on the back of your product. This serial number will be linked to the item.
It is very important to make sure that what is sent to customers matches what they ordered. We suggest doing a quick quality assurance check to make sure this is done right.
To do this, open the item in the app and click on the camera icon. Click capture item images and add a caption to detail anything important (if needed). Add one or more images, then submit.
Tip: Remember to take photos of the items before you pack them as orders!
If a customer places an order for an item and you see it is now out of stock, you will need to complete an order cancellation to update the customer.
Go into the Direct Ship items view and select the item that is no longer available. Mark the item as out of stock and press confirm. The product will now be removed from the list.
Click fulfilment on the left-hand menu, then FBP direct ship. Here you should select the pending tab. Locate the correct item and click the out of stock button.
Important! If you need to cancel an order and mark items out of stock, you will be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you need a little more time to process an order, you will need to tap force close at the top of the order list. Once done, the remaining orders will move to your pending orders list.
Tip! Customers love speedy fulfilment, so it is important to try to turn around orders in good time.
Sometimes items become lost for a variety of reasons. If this happens, you will need to update the customer order as soon as possible.
To do this in Seller Lab, click fulfilment, then FBP direct ship, and select the pending tab. Here you can select the mark as lost button on the item that is missing.
Important! You will be subject to a cancellation fee if this occurs.
